2023 in Review

It was encouraging during 2023 to see broader recognition of the crucial role that community engagement plays in the creation and repurposing of places. The importance of social value in planning and development also seems to be gaining acknowledgement in practice and in policy.

Our experience shows that effective community engagement plays a key role in creating thriving, sustainable and vibrant communities. Below are some examples of the engagement work we are doing to support our clients in achieving their project goals.

Finally, congratulations to our Chair, Kathy Jones, on her recent appointment to the Board of Metropolitan Memorial Parks by the NSW Government late last year. The Board will play an important role in ensuring burial space for future needs and respectful and affordable burial and cremation services are available for all.
