ECF is working with Leamac Property Group on their project to transform an underutilised industrial area into a vibrant new city, in conjunction with Coronation Property.
Melbourne Airport’s third runway has been approved, set to boost capacity, create jobs, and offer more options for passengers and exporters. Opening in 2031, it will involve changes to airspace and flight paths, with public consultation to follow.
ECF is supporting Merivale on its ambitious project to transform five heritage buildings in Sydney’s CBD into a vibrant precinct. By preserving the buildings’ heritage and architectural integrity, this revitalisation will create new job opportunities and enhance the city’s cultural and economic landscape.

The ECF team in the UK has been busy with projects across London, Cambridge, and Peterborough, including new housing developments and public space initiatives, while launching the ECF Engagement Toolkit and exploring AI’s role in community engagement.
