ECF’s Managing Director, Oliver Deed, has written for Fifth Estate about the recent protests in the UK city of Oxford, against the concept of 15-minute cities. In it, he questions some of the theories being espoused by those who attended a rally in Oxford over the weekend. He also touches on the active transport interventions that are being pursued in the UK, and in Australia.
