Housing Supply and Affordability in London and Sydney
On 22 February ECF and Astrolabe hosted a lively online discussion with key representatives and decision makers from London and Sydney to discuss current issues in the housing market.
We discussed the social and political landscapes in London and Sydney over the past 5 years, and current issues including supply chain, and margin.
We talked a lot about migration, the disconnect between transport and other infrastructure planning and effectice community consultation.
