New starters at ECF

Our Sydney team continues to grow and we are delighted to welcome Nicole Andrews, Shantelle O’Riordan, and Caitlin Brooks.

Nicole has extensive experience managing community engagement sessions and resolving complex stakeholder issues. She has successfully delivered projects for a broad range of clients across private and non-private sectors both in Australia and the United States. 

Shantelle joins ECF Australia with impressive experience within the communications landscape, particularly for large-scale infrastructure and natural resource projects in private, government, academic and not-for-profit sectors, with globally recognised clients.

Caitlin joins the team as our first intern, studying a double degree of Business, and Creative Intelligence and Innovation. She has worked with a range of industry partners, solving contemporary challenges using creative thinking to bridge the gap between academic best-practice and practical application of theory.
