Wrapping up 2024 in the UK

It’s been a busy time for the ECF team in the UK, with plenty of work going on across the country. The team has been working on several walking, cycling and public realm projects across London. We are continuing to support the development of the masterplan for 5,600 new homes in North East Cambridge (more here) and the Harlow and Gilston Garden Town project, which will see over 20,000 new homes developed. We’ve also finalised our first phase of work on proposals for Cambridge Market, the Guildhall and Corn Exchange, known as the Civic Quarter, and proposals for the delivery of a new Station Quarter in Peterborough.

We’ve also launched the new ECF Engagement Toolkit, based on the RIBA Plan of Works, and held two sessions on the role artificial intelligence will play shaping community engagement processes in the future.
