ECF is working with Leamac Property Group on their project to transform an underutilised industrial area into a vibrant new city, in conjunction with Coronation Property.
Melbourne Airport’s third runway has been approved, set to boost capacity, create jobs, and offer more options for passengers and exporters. Opening in 2031, it will involve changes to airspace and flight paths, with public consultation to follow.
